Change bg colour of fashion mosaic skin 2 different colours?
 

I installed the skin and for some reason the main store front is a dark blue and the others are light blue.

Which tmp do I modify to make the store front the same as the others?

Of all the stuff you guys do to modify the cart...not one person knows how to change the back ground colour of the catagores menu?

If you go to www.watkinsjewellers.com and then click on a sub catagory...the forthcoming menu bg is different than the home page. I want the front page to be the same as the sub catagories..

Any ideas???

The problem is, that is an add-on skin, and those of us who do not have it, have no idea how it is coded so we can't help you.

To change the product category block open the skin1_customer.css template and edit the hex codes for the VertMenuCatTitle and VertMenuCatWelcBoxNewsTitle (down toward the bottom of the file.) As you will see, there are several component changes needed to make everything blend nicely. I haven't yet found the code for the subcategory colours - I suspect it's in the same template though. I printed the template (ten pages) and highlighted all the hex codes, labelling them as they're identified. X-Cart quoted me $100 for a custom colour theme but I think it's best in the long run to know where everything is located.

The problem I had was that I planned everything around the blue template and when I installed it I found that it was the only one that had a different colour for the welcome and customer screen...arg...
