Moving The UPS Disclaimer Next To Shipping Options
 

Hello All,

Okay, this is probably an easy one but the more I mess with it the more errors I'm getting, so I figured I'd thow it out to the community.

On the checkout screen after UPS is selected and it gives a list of UPS shipping method radio buttons with the cart total below, the part below that which displays the UPS logo and a disclaimer to UPS that says something like:

"NOTICE: These fees do not necessarily represent UPS published rates and may include charges applied by XXXXX

UPS, UPS brandmark, and the Color Brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All Rights Reserved."

This is what I'm trying to modify. My client complains that when this UPS disclaimer shows up it stretches the page to much, so he would like me to move the disclaimer to the left hand side of the choices to fill that middle space a little more and free up some scrolling space. However every time I try to move it beside the choices I get some strange table structure and some errors.

Has anybody done this out there and if not can someone point me in the right direction?

You bet, I'm trying to modify:

customer/main/cart_totals.tpl

The UPS Module section is below the cart totals, I just need to to the left instead.

Oh, and for some reason when I edited my profile it didn't update anything what so ever, so just to make sure we're on the same page I'm editing version 4.0.10, not 4.0.3 beta like my signature says.
