How to insert an entrance page

Greetings
Could any walk me through on how to insert an entrance page from which members must click to enter. Reason bieng' some items i will be featuring are intended for people above age of 18.

if you install it off the shelf.. you should have a file called "index.html"

edit that file and that's all you have to do.
