How to make or implement a FAQ ?

I'm looking for a way to make a nice looking FAQ page, preferable with
categories, questions jumping down to answers and back to top links, etc.
A 3rd party faq is also a possibility, if someone can tell me how to implement a
php page into the shop.

All ideas and/or suggestions are more then welcome!
Many thanks in advance!!

Just do an embedded page and add all of your content into it. Name it Customer FAQ's and your done.

You can creat your own in something like DreamWeaver and then copy the code over into an embedded page and your done.

That is what I did anyway. Looks good, has links to specific topics on same page, back to top etc etc.

Thanks for the quick reply markwoo!

Your suggestions is something I really would like to do, but could you
roughly explain how in dreamweaver the linking to topics on the same
page and back to top is done?
Is it also possible, after reading an answer, to jump back to a certain categorie
of questions?

Thanks!

:D

This is done with page anchors and yes, you can set it to return to the top and then set the top page anchor just above your list of topics OR make a new go to top tag for each topic that would return them to that particular topic in the list.

You can manipulate this to do anyhting you wish and it will work within the embedded page.

AND ALL FOR FREE IF YOU OWN DREAM WEAVER! which is the best part I suppose, the free part, lol
