Cart Categories

Where would I be able to insert the bestsellers tpl in order for it to appear in the shopping cart and checkout?

Perhaps it's my eyesight or something, but I looked in cart.tpl, etc., to no avail.

Can anyone give me a kick in the right direction?

it wont appear as its not included via the cart.php file as it is with say home.php
