Very Frustrating
 

Had this software now about 12 months just had it reinstalled how complicated changed the skin now all my writing is a rotten shade of green

cant get rid of it

have you got an example to show? it could be the .css skin style that needs to be changed for your selected skin.

you will want to look at the /xcart/skin1/skin1.css file to change any of the colours. you should make a backup of the skin1.css if you ever have to re-install the skins and when upgrading. Hope this helps.

Do you know which bit to change? ive tried to do it through the interface but nothing happens

Check the skin1.css file as it may not have writeable permissions. I think you are asking about a style referenced in skin1/menu.tpl
