Were to find tpl customer register, profile details
 

Hi can anyone just tell me which templete i need to edit when a customers register's "profile details"
I just feel that its not laid out correctly, i wish to move the horizontal rule
down slightly so the section names are inside of the hr instead of on top.

If you click on webmaster mode, then in the main admin window (not the popup with template list) type in the url of your store you will see the list of templates in the popup change, goto the register section of your site and then rollover the various template lists in the popup, see how they are bordered as you rollover the lists (in you main window).
That will tell you exactly which template to edit.
