can't find file location
 

on my check out page, on the bottom of this page there is a check box called {test} I don't remember how it got there? I have tryed to find it in one of the tpl but unable.

Can any look at it and help with getting rid of it?

I looked there but does not show up under that tpl. I don't know where that came from can't find it when useing webmaster mode. any other ideas
