Edit Best Seller Section
 

How do you edit the Best Seller Section? Can other sections be created on the left side of the shopping cart?

Hi Omoro, what exactly are you trying to edit in the bestsellers list? The template for the bestsellers menu is here:

/modules/Bestsellers/menu_bestsellers.tpl

And what else would you like to add to the left side?

I found how to turn it off in Admin. I think that a messages said that the "Best Seller" mod is automatic. I have yet to start selling. I assume that it will just do what it does on its own. I think that I am ok with that. If not I will follow the path that you typed.

How does it calculate the best sellers
 

Hi,
I was wondering if somebody can tell me on how the bestsellers gets worked out for each category?

Can this be changed manually or does this change automatically? If it changes automatically, how does it calculate the best sellers?

It is calculated based on orders. The more orders an item has, the higher up on the list it gets.
