Error In Form Submittal (New User Sign Up/Purchase)

Purchase any product and then try to submit.. I keep keep the error right after you hit check out and have to fill out all the feilds. The error says "The Feild " is required" WTH? What feild is "?

Please edit your signature so that we can see what version of X-cart you are using. It looks like there is a field that isn't shown on the form that xcart is saying is required. Have you double checked the 'User Profiles Options' under general settings and make sure there aren't any extra fields checked in there?
