missing file in template_c
Our hosting change the drive letter last night to d:\ which seems to be fine. The template read the database but once you click on the see details or the product itself, I get this error:

Forgot to mention that we are using vrs 4[1].0.4 Gold

run cleanup.php to flush the template cache and make sure the folder is set to chmod 777

Did run the cleanup.php file and clear my cache but still the same problem.

Did you ever figure anything out??? I'm getting the same thing. I've run the cleanup, but it's not helped.

It was something that our host fixed so I'm not sure what it was exactly--sorry about that! They aren't very open about telling us what they have done wrong it seems!

I've just got the webmaster_include smarty error after transferring a site in development to my home machine (Windows XP SP2) and clearing out the templates_c directory.
It seems as if the security settings on the templates_c directory could be causing this, to resolve try: - Right click on the templates_c folder and select Properties - Select the security tab - Find the internet user account (I'm using the Internet guest account :oops:) - Tick full control, and apply I'm sure this is pretty insecure, but this should sort you out if working on a development machine. Hope this helps :) |
I also experienced that. I tried running the cleanup.php but still there.
