Export to QuickBooks Online Edition

We have found a company that has a $199 module that accepts .csv files exported from x-cart and imports them to QuickBooks Online Edition. We ran a trial, and it looks like it will work. We are planning on doing the export/import once a week to keep our e-store and physical orders together in QBOE.

Here is the company.

Let me know if anyone sees a potential problem we should be thinking about.

Now that looks like an excellent way of doing things, I've been looking for a good way of importing x-cart orders into an accounting package.

Question though how does quickbooks handle failed/declined/not finished orders? How are you taking those into account?

Let us know how you get on with the package please.

Groovico,

We are setting it up this week, and they have made modifications to handle shipping costs and sales taxes separately -- I will see how it handles non-completed orders.

The company has offered to help set up our translation table from X-cart ot QB OL fields.

Off topic, but we are using Marketing Manager and it works great. Thanks.
