Re: Anonymous to registered customer conversion

We just installed this on XC 4.5.5, and it works great, but one problem is, when a new user is created, it seems to not be pulling the first and last name from the anonymous user/order.

Also, resetting the password is a bit confusing. It's coded so that a customer enters a default password (say, 'password'), but when this happens, the customer gets an email that their profile is created, though this email does not include their temporary password, so the customer therefore does not know the login.

I get the same error but only if customer has attempted to register. The system sees that as a duplicate and throws that error. To fix that i simply go to "users" search and delete the said user.. once deleted i can then "create user"

Hello Carrie,
This week we updated store to 4.7.7 and since then when clicking the "create user" tab, the following is displayed
Access denied!

Attempt to write data to a missing field of the table. Try to remove X-Cart cache to solve the problem.

Error ID: 79
I've cleared the cache but still get the error.

Thanks
