Connector callback script cc_xpc.php is not reachable
 

I am installing / connecting to Xpayments to Xcart 4.7.3

I get this error after I install and connect using X-payments connector

X-Payments Connector callback script xxxxx/payment/cc_xpc.php is not reachable by X-Payments (check X-Cart logs for details). Your checkout will not work untill you make it accessible by X-Payments. Failed to meet PCI-DSS requirements

Is this because my server is a "development/test" server and does not have an SSL yet?

It might be because of absence of SSL on your X-Cart server or because X-Payments can't get through firewall to your X-cart installation or because you have X-Cart installed "locally".

Where do you have your X-Payments installed? If you do not want to post it publicly PM me!

I subscribed to X-Payments so it is hosted by Xcart I assume

I fear I do not see any hosted X-Payments subscription in your HelpDesk account.
Perhaps you have it somewhere else, but I just do not see it.

Anyways, the trouble sits at X-Cart side, i.e. X-Payments cannot reach certain URL at your X-Cart installation, i.e. X-Payments sends out a request to X-Cart, but X-Cart does not reply to X-Payments as connector script located inside X-Cart is not reachable via HTTPS.
