Unable to upload product pictures
 

Hello

In X-Cart 5 We trying to upload product pictures it accepts the file however upload doesn't happen and the hour glass keeps going

I've checked the folder permissions and still the same,

Are there any errors in the log files in the [XC5]/var/log/ directory?

Also, you may report the problem to the XC5 devs at https://bt.x-cart.com/

Could you please give an example of image that was not accepted by X-Cart?

I am having the same issue.

Hi!

Do you receive any error message? Is there any recent error message in the <X-Cart 5>/var/log/ folder?

If not, could you please let me know what image you are trying to upload?
