Excluding specific manufactuers from checkout
 

Anyone want to take a stab at a way to prevent certain manufacturers from checking out based on the country selected?

Like an if/then that says:
if cart contains manufacturer x and country is not u.s., hide the checkout button.

We get a lot of orders for certain brand that we cannot export, despite the checkout page and product pages stating it, they still order.
