Yes I specifically told them the same thing - if they want you to apply the patch this will be paid. PM on the way. Thanks

Thanks Alex, yes I guess they got confused. It will help though if the ticket auto reply includes a line for patches provided for free but applying them cost support

just like Steve, we have the same problem. When customers place orders for GC the following error comes up:
-------------
Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.
Reason: Internal error (The sku field is missing or incorrect)
---------------
We created a ticket at QT and got an answer: Buy support subscription.....
This is a great time to discover that x-payment can't handle GC's....
QT: My patience is running out.
STOP issuing moduls and focus on creating a solid basic cart software!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not forget about customizations and 3rd party mods made to your X-Cart, they can be a reason for bugs, too. In this case we will need to go into your server and investigate what is wrong. If it is our bug support fees will be refunded back to you.

we have the same problem in x-cart 4.6 with X-Payments 2.2.0
X-Payments Connector API 1.2

Payment info says. Error code 1521: the txnId field is missing or incorrect.

but only for transactions which are using saved credit cards (we use Paypal Pro)
no transaction is passed to Paypal for processing.

do you have a fix for this? any suggestions on what to check?

Anton, do you use stock X-Payments connector in that X-Cart 4.6 or the most recent connector version we released recently (in august)?

We recently released updated connectors for X-Cart 4.x - see the ending part of http://blog.x-cart.com/x-payments-v2-2.html
