PLEASE HELP I need help with my x-cart website ASAP

I need to have an age verification on my web page that verifies visitors age is 21 or older.

I thought x-cart back end would be easier to use. I'm either looking for someone to do this or someone to walk me through how to make changes like this to a web page

You have though posted in the X-Cart 5 forum, while your signature says 4.7.
So just make sure you get the answers relevant to your version, as they will be very different.
