Issue with payments - X-Payments
I'm running into an issue.. while using X-Payments. It seems that if the customer doesn't capitalize their first and last name and billing information exactly as it is on their credit card, then the order will be declined. Has anyone run into this? And if so, how did you fix this?

Various companies. But we use Authorize.net for payment processing.

Strange thing. We have thousands of merchants using X-Payments and this is the 1st report of this kind I see. Perhaps there is a setting at your Auth.net account? Have you consulted with Auth.net support?

I have never heard of this info being case-sensitive and I don't think it is. Maybe X-Payments is not passing symbols correctly or passing more/less...? Or as Alex suggested something with AuthNet setup?
