authorize.net payment not received
Recently there was a transaction that said was settled through authorize.net which works with xcart and xpayments, but it has not shown in our bank account. Could it be a glitch or something through xpayments that did not go through?
Two other transactions went through like it was supposed to but this one did not. Any ideas? |

If it is showing up in Authorize.net then I would point the finger at them. They are responsible for getting that money into your bank. What does Authorize.net say?

Depends how u have it setup - to auth and capture or only auth. You would capture funds from X-Payments for the transaction
