Xpayments NOT working in Explorer
 

But it does work fine in Chrome and Firefox.

After I enter CC info in the XPayments page in Explorer (V9 if that matters) I hit the submit button and it does nothing, just sits. I can cancel the order and get back to my site but the gateway is not working in Explorer.

Any thoughts how to trouble shoot this?

Not sure what your issue may be but X-Payments works fine for me using IE 9 on Windows 7.

It reacts the same in IE8 also.

Not sure if this is related to your issue, but did you try downgrading jQuery to 1.6.4?

I'm having a jquery issue with my main site so that did cross my mind. However, when I check which version of jquery is running after I'm redirected to the xpayments page, it shows that jquery is NOT loaded.

Now, if I'm in the Admin side of Xpayments, it show jquery 1.3.2 being loaded.

Adam, we couldn't re-produce this issue with IE either. JQuery doesn't seem to be the reason here. I advise you to sign up for X-Payments incident support - if no solution is provided we will refund the fee back to you.

Qualiteam found my issue. Apparently I didn't comment out a couple lines correctly and they were not being parsed correctly in IE. Out $99 for not being careful.
