BCS Reward Points Lost after Change user authentication mode
 
Hi, has any one lost BCS reward points after using the Change user authentication mode under Maintenance?
Xcart ver 4.4.2
Don't know if this is something new or just me?
I changed from User Names to Email as login's
Is there a fix or something I need to do, please let me know:D/ ?

You should open a ticket with BCS.

XC changes login between username and email in customers table back and forth when you do this in the backend. BCSE mod has login field in one of the tables but doesn't change it. So when you change login the mod cannot match customer by login name (one table uses username, the other email). Points are not lost, they are still there but the mod sees them as they belong to different customer. You shoudl ask BCSE is to fix it, open a ticket as balinor suggested

Hi, I already opened a ticket.
I was just checking if it is just me or if there is a fix I don't know about?
They only have had the ticket for two days, but BCS is fast and the mode is the still new for Xcart ver 4.4.*
