Steve,

This integration is on QA phase by core team as part of the signed partnership between X-Cart and TaxJar. This integration was announced on meetups and presents in the shared presentation and roadmap.

The integration will be available for free and will be released in 2-3 weeks as soon as we certify it by TaxJar.

Good to know. It saves me time posting on the marketplace. I've been working on it for a while since I needed it for a site now
