How can I update news feed?

Hi X-cart team,

I need to update a news feed on the bottom on my page. It came with a template that I purchased. Please see attachment file. So I wonder How can do that? Thanks.

What template did you purchase?

Out of the box there is no news functionality in X-Cart 5 yet, so you may need a custom mod to add it and integrate with your design template.

I not really sure if it called new feed or it just an ads the products only.
