Try changing from a quantity input box, to a select dropdown in General Settings > Appearance (uncheck "Show quantity selector as input textbox").

Is "Disable inventory tracking" unchecked in General Settings?

The template has nothing to do with exporting orders. The only thing it can do related to orders, is tell you which type of device customers ordered with (mobile/tablet/desktop).

nope, changed to drop down and it still shows 9.5 is out, not 10.0


Yes, disable inventory is unchecked. any SKU on our site that has a ^ in it is exported to a report daily and I import those SKU's to update inventory on the website. Is it possible that some javascript code got updated somewhere that is causing it?

so for those following, we found that my variants for those items were not synched, i had to clone the item (and transfer its reviews too in phpmyadmin) to a new item and then the sizes showed correctly.



Still havent found the issue with the added line feeds in exports but i have a workaround since notepad+ will find/replace them fairly easy.

More clues..

i've eliminated the following:
It's not the export_orders.php or .tpl files
It exports as it should if I use any stock XC skin. reboot skin somehow adds line feeds (\n) after my country and zip code fields. So its adding 4 line feeds per record (one billing country/zip, and one shipping country/zip). Same place every record.

Any ideas what to look for and where? Has to be a file overriding a common in the skin folder.

Grid view is the default anyway, but it's in Template Settings > Catalog > "Products default view"

no matter what setting i choose for Subheader heading size,

the font never changes, alignment doesnt change either. Its super big.

@Doug, that's not a subheader, that's a dialog. I've added a new setting that allows you to make all dialog title font sizes common (heading tags are preserved for SEO) - changelog.
