How to remove admin/categories.php?

I have set up all needed categories for www.framesabc.com. How to remove the link of admin/categories.php from admin panel, pls?

I don't remember the file name, but I believe it is a single template file that you should edit and comment the HTML link out. Search in the source files for something like "categories" or "lbl_categories" in the admin templates directory.
