Credit card form not appearing correctly on checkout page
 

Trying to get credit card form to appear on checkout page vs being a separate page after hitting submit order. I selected Iframe for x-cart 4 one page checkout on Xpayments and have selected lite-interface in Xpayments Connector in Xcart and the credit card form is being overlapped by the customer notes box on the checkout page. See screen print attached.

And why isn't the payment method box in the middle column?

I see you use X-Cart 4.5.4. You should update X-Payment connector module because the one you have in 4.5.4 is not compatible with latest X-Payment version you have.

Btw, I recommend to wait a bit with updating the connector module as we are going to roll out a new update very soon ;)

Thank you. I am new to xcart and would appreciate help in how to upgrade my x-payments connector module.

(And thank you for the heads up, how soon before the upgrade?)

On the ilnk you sent me I see there is a x-payments-connector-4.5.4.tgz download available. Is this what I need to download (and where do I put this) or is there a way to upgrade x-payments connector directly from the admin panel?

I would recommend you to not do this yourself in this case but hire a professional to do it for you.

Yes the download itself is just following the link and downloading the file.
While the patch has an install (I believe) depending on your cart version and store customizations you may not be able to actually take advantage of that and have to manually apply the files changes.

Since you said you are new to XC I suggested getting someone to install this for you unless you feel comfortable modifying php/tpl files and making changes to database.

Not to mention the installer itself may break your cart if you are not careful.
