delete the txt_welcome and can not add back
 

Don't ask why I deleted it.

The problem is when I add it back, it does not show up in the language management screen. But when I export the fields and I saw it in the file.
also the new message does show up in the storefront.

Why they not show up in the language screen ?

Whoa, I'm confused. Did you delete the language variable or did you delete a template?

deleted txt_welcome field.
Added it back but not show up on the language admin screen.

Be sure you add it under the 'Text' area and not the 'Label' area. And be sure it is called txt_welcome (all lower case)

txt_welcome is added back successfully , but not show up in
