Coupon codes
 

we are using coupon codes to offer a free product, and noticed we can only offer a discount, the plan is using a marketing to send out a coupon code offering a free product (not on the site) when they spend £30 or more, and we (back office) to stick in the free product with their order.

Is there a way of modding the coupon code to offer an extra selection, just letting the user know what they have chosen to receive the free offer

Currently we have had to offer 1p off to be able to use a coupon code to be able to get round this
