Change Logo on Printable Invoice
 

I am using Ideal Responsive. When I am in admin and pull up orders and check to Print Invoices, they all come up with an X-cart Online Store logo. I have replaced every logo that I can find, including the sprites ones. I have no idea where this one is coming from or how I edit or change it. I have spent 2 days looking and I am just all looked out!

It would be so nice if we could put a single logo in a single place and all these files that need our logo pulls it from there. The fact that there are almost a dozen places to pull logos from is ridiculous in this day and age.

Hi,

Have you tried the following: -

1/ Admin > Tools > Maintenance > Clear templates/X-Cart cache

2/ Admin > Tools > Maintenance > Re-generate the image cache

3/ Clear your browser cache / history

Hi Mary,

Try renaming your logo to companyname_small.gif and upload to: /skin/common_files/images/

/skin/common_files/images/companyname_small.gif

I did all that many times. It never would change, then today it suddenly did. All I can think is that maybe my internet company or my browser cached that companyname_small.gif. I appreciate all your help!
