Applying products.tpl to Newest Products mod
 

Hi,

I have a custom products.tpl to display products in categories, sub-cats and Featured. I need to apply that same template to the Newly Added mod display. It's a Firetank mod and I know it can be done but I am not sure how.

The Newly Added products display ok, but do not have the same custom look as the Featured Products which display right below on the home page of the site within the welcome.tpl.

I tried modifying the code from featured.tpl to work in the fts_newest_products_display.tpl but what I tried did not work. It disabled the newest products and none would display.

I think the answer is in this line of code:

{include file="customer/main/products.tpl" products=$f_products featured="Y"}

How could I change that to work in fts_newest_products_display.tpl?

Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

Me too.I would like to add it to home page as well as improve the looking of this mod. The picture display is not clear, I lack prices and add to cart function too.
