Cart Lab No Support - Anyone else upset?

A few weeks ago I purchased $150 in mods from Cart-lab.com. It took me about a week to get the mods. Now I cannot get one working (Download link on Invoice) and emailed for help as I followed all directions & still will not work. No answer for days, so I went to the site and saw this post:

At this time I longer accept Customer orders, please see BCSE if your interested in any of my products. Perhaps it will re-open, but at this time I don't have the time, tolerance or patience anymore.

Now he can have no patience if he wants but I am going to do a chargeback on him if he won't support his product. That is just BAD business.

I will post another request here in the forum about the mod and hope that someone here knows the problem and answer.

I purchased the Download Link on Invoice Mod & I have followed the directions exactly and I cannot get it to work for me. It is a simple mod that is supposed to present a product download link on the skin1/customer/main/order_message.tpl

I actually have my skin in a directory called 7kids as it is a template, but I checked the wording to be sure it no where specifically called skin1 - I set 7kids to be my default skin1 directory so any skin1 directory calls will bring up 7kids, so that should not be affecting it.

No link shows up after someone places the order or in the invoice they receive. Can you help and if so how much??? And many thanks!

You can see the post on the right side of the site under News heading. I have followed directions exactly. In fact he stated in the forum that it had 'bugs'.
