CDSEO Pro and Non-XML Sitemaps

Hello,

I recently upgraded, well yesterday, from CDSEO to CDSEO Pro and now have an issue that I can't resolve. I have two different sitemap mods (we're talking the displayed sitemaps via link on the site for customers not xml). Don't ask why I have two ;-). Anyway, both worked fine with CDSEO and now, you guessed it they both flaked out after the pro installation. The Firetank Software Sitemap (supposed to work with CDSEO Pro) displays the products correctly however the links all point to the root of the site or root + /. The MagneticOne sitemap displays the products and has working URLS however they are the non-seo friendly X-Cart versions. I'm thinking the M1 sitemap is just not going to work but anybody here have any luck with the FTS sitemap and CDSEO Pro? I have submitted a ticket to Jon and I'm sure he'll get back to me but I just hate it when things are broken and get a little impatient. I figured somebody here must have the same issue.

Thanks,

Jason...

Firetank site map mod works with CDSEO without an issue - you may need to use the default fts_sitemap.tpl and clear your template cache.

Magnetic 1 should be compatible if they use a template for display, I'll have a look if you submit FTP, however I don't see a support ticket with us, how did you submit it?

Hey Jon,

Thanks for the reply. The standard template did the job! Probably should note that in the KB on your site... Looks I'm all back up and in business, not too bad just some minor glitches getting it all up and running again. I was having trouble submitting a ticket, I think due to some password caching stuff on my end, the ticket site would just show as blank. I emailed support@websitecm.com directly with my request. Anyway you can disregard them now. Now I'm just waiting for my Google feed mod to be delivered that I ordered yesterday :-)

Thanks again,

Jason...

Glad to hear and thanks for the KB suggestion, I'm doing that now. Feed mod will be emailed shortly.

I too have noticed that the help desk and ticket areas are coming up blank for me in Firefox on your site Jon - have you made any changes recently?

Yes I upgraded to the recent Kayako version. It seems to be coming up fine for most people so I'm not sure exactly where the problem is. Perhaps there's old session data causing problems and you need to clear your cache and then refresh? Is there anything in the source of the blank page? Investigating now.

Yep, cache cleared and restarted and refreshed to no avail :(
