Hello Dean,

As far as I can see you have a valid X-Payments 1.0 license.
I hope you know that new deployments of X-Payments v1.0 are not allowed after October 28th 2013. If you had it installed somewhere before that date you can still use it and stay PCI-compliant. No upgrade is required.

However if you are interested in the ability to save customers' credit card information in a PCI-compliant way and setup recurring charges(subscriptions) via tokenization then I suggest you consider upgrading to v2.0
You can find more details about v2.0 in this blog post and decide whether it's worth the license exchange fee.
