x-payment won't go thru with coupon code applied?
 

I recently implemented x-payment hosted.
so far i have been uncomfortable with x-payment hosted process.
yesterday, I added coupon code in the store wide and customers tried checkout but it did not go through on so many orders.
This is first time to have a coupon code since using x-payment hosted.
without coupon code applied payment goes well.

when coupon code applied, below error comes up.

Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.



Reason: Error: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. (The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.)

I guess coupon code field is not going to x-payment page.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
this is so critical for me.

Since you have this hosted you need to open a ticket with whoever is hosting it for you. It could very well also be a bug

This seems to be a known issue in X-Cart. Please contact our tech. support team through the HelpDesk.

Yes, it is a bug in X-Cart, not in X-Payments. We have the solution, but you need to contact our techs for patch.

I contacted support team and they told me to purchase a tech support to get this resolved. now they just need get money.
I think this is a bug. not a customizing matter.

Can anyone give me a patch?

Dinny, I think it is a mistake or they asked you to buy support since you wanted to apply the patch. Bug-fixes are provided for free. I'll check with our techs tomorrow and keep you posted.

I have experienced issues with coupons as well -- can you please post the patch in bugtracker and link here?

Asking each of us to open a tech support ticket is kinda silly for a known bug with a known solution. Agree?

Here goes the workaround:

The patch is to be applied in X-Cart. See how to apply patches in X-Cart:

Please notice that this is not a complete solution. It is a patch that removes sending PayPal line items from X-Cart to X-Payments and thus removes this issue.

The complete solution will provided with release of X-Cart 4.5.5. Reason: this is a complex issue that needs fixing in different places of X-Cart. Our techs will provide the patches for the issue a bit later as it needs some time to be investigated and resolved.
