hi can some tell me if there is an add-on that can be used to allow a customer to select the correct ink cartridge what i need is for the custome to select printer make then printer model to get the correct ink cartridges

Probably no such thing is available. This is usually done by using categories. For example you would have a category for HP and one for Epson etc.. Then within those you would have the printer model families etc.

yes was thinking that we have it set up the way you say but its just to see if we can make it easyer for our customers thanks anyway

This sounds a lot like the "Brand, Model, Year" mods that the auto industry uses - could easily be adapted to printers and ink.
BCSE do an advanced filter mod that might help.

Hi Eric,

It is possibly, but it can be a pain. I've never implemented one into my ink cartridge site at the moment. But normally you have to manually do every manufacturer/series/model each printer. Obviously if your in the ink industry like I am there is 1000's and it'll take some time to do.

Worth it on the whole though, I just haven't got round to it. What's your site called? Mind if I have a look? :D
