Adding extra e-mail notifications to orders
 

Hi,
there are only a few possibility to inform customers about the change of the order status in X-cart 4.5.4 Unfortunatelly I cannot upgrade because of the heavy modifications. Can somebody advise me how I could add extra e-mail notifications to the admin order area?
I mean if the ordered product has arrived I could switch to an order status: product on stock, can be picked up at store. Or.. if there is a delay in shipment, a Delay shipment status where I could set this option and an e-mail could arrive to the customer that the ordered product shipment is delayed because it has not arrived yet, but expected in a later time. The most important thing: about the order changes customer could get the email!
