Magneticone support problems?
 

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone else was having a problem with the support over at magneticone? Ive just installed the newest version of Sales Channal Analysis but it doesnt record sales made since the upgrade.

If anyone else know how to fix this I would appreciate the advice.

Yes I purchased XML_sitemap installed it according to the instructions
I have an issue the setup say to goto xml_sitemap.php to complete installation but mine loads forever....
I have sent support tickets even the "compalint form" but no answer at all...

Every Vendor I have dealt with but magneticone has had exceptional support.


I am sure this is a simple issue but since it all encrypted i need thier support

also wondering if any has any feedback regarding the Magneticone Follow-up autoresponder for X-cart.

I need to automate my ongoing communication and so I am looking for a reliable and compatible x-cart autoresponder mod. Any recommendations?

I have been in contact By Magneticone and they solved my issue promptly
so all is good here....
