WebsiteCM Advanced Filter Module, not working and need help...
 
We purchased Advanced Filter for X-cart and had it installed on the website. Module has a bug and it doesn't reset the filters when you switch categories. It is useless and even harmful with this bug as the customers see only a limited number of products when they switch categories without even noticing this problem.

I have been trying to contact WebsiteCm to have this fixed along with another minor modification which I am willing to pay for but they have not responded to any of my emails, tickets etc for the last 12 days. Does anybody have any suggestions for fixing this bug or recommend somebody who can work on this quickly?

Help will be much appreciated..

This is actually our module that WebsiteCM resells for us. I do not see a ticket in our area though for it so I can't comment on why they haven't responded. It's not in our area on their system.

It shouldn't operate as you state. We haven't had any other reports of this that I know of. It sounds like possibly an install mistake. Have you double checked steps 6 and 7? Also if you applied this optional install step:
OPTIONAL INSTALL: Add filters to the admin search

Then please check step 1 in that section as well.

If that does not help, you may place a support ticket with us. Either user our form on our website or email "support".
