Remove Default Mobile View
 

I've tried searching for an answer to this but it only leads to people who either want to install a mobile version or already have one.

When someone visits my site from their android or iphone it shows them a mobile version of the page even when I have it request desktop version. In this mode it does show products but doesn't allow any other page functionality.

Does anyone know the script I need to delete so that the desktop version is the only version and it doesn't goto this makeshift mobile mode?

If you don't need the mobile website version at all, just disable the "Mobile" module on the Back-end -> Extensions -> Installed Modules page.
And if you really don't need the mobile version :-), uninstall the module.
