webmaster mode | wisywyg | Vista OS - help
 

I recently starting using the Vista operating system and once I opened the webmaster mode to edit the storefront using wisywyg - I lost all the information. And, the webmaster mode will not save revisions to the storefront. Sometimes it saves the changes - then another time it deletes all the information - and I am left with a blank storefront. Please help -

I am using Windows Vista also, I have used it and Have been using it for some time, as I started using it in it's beta stages. Try running Windows Explorer in administrator mode. Go to start, all programs, right click on internet explorer, and finally click on run as administrator. Except the sercurity warning if one opens up. You could also use Firefox web broser.

Thanks - I've tried all those options (explorer in administrator, firefox browser) and I have no luck. Here is my issue:
Normally, I start webmaster mode and open the customer area in a new window - then, I click on the area that I want to edit - and the editing window appears allowing me to make revisions. Now, when I open the customer area - the entire area is blank (my storefront disappeared) and when I click on the area nothing happens - thus, not allowing me to add anything to the storefront (template???) - please help. This is killing my business.
