Thanks for that. Before we get in touch or go through a demo, would you please confirm that it could cover my use case:

- As a vendor and administrator, I can create an order on behalf of a customer, edit the product prices manually before or after creating the order. Once the order is created, the customer can pay for it via the site's configured payment gateways.

It does all but having the customer pay for it. That sounds more like a quote module. We have a quote module for X-cart 4 but not X-cart 5 (https://www.bcsengineering.com/store/quote-request-module-for-xcart.html). We could look into creating it for x-cart 5. However we do have to write it from scratch since the two platforms have nothing in common other than a name.
