x-payment connected to x-cart but it gives internal error asper log it says the token is not generated any idea?

when I make the whole site live x-payment starts working
so in short it will not work in testing environment (local host)

Oh I see. Your X-Payments cannot reach X-Cart deployed locally without any real domain name or IP. You should try it on a server accessible from Internet.
