I went to that tab and my drop down menu is a blank list. None of those themes show up in there. When I ftp into my site, they are there in the directory, but they do not show up in my drop down list. I just upgraded to the X-Cart Gold 4.4.4.

Do you mean you have some custom skins that are not shown in the list? Or even the default one are not there?
