Hi

I did have trouble installing with MagneticOne also, but i also use the Ioncube. Sorry i can't tell you if if had trouble before install as i just jumped straight in and installed. However they did get it running and it works fine.

With Firetank yes i also did trust it and still would i think as it does now work. However first thing i noticed was that it doesn't do the Google Categories that are now required. I may have not remembered how to do that though. Going to have a play over the weekend and upload a file and see how many errors i get from a Firetank file.

I do trust FIretank. Have had their Feed Manager module for years. Have not tried anyone else's. When we went from 4.1.9 to 4.4.5 a couple of years ago, it was not working. The solution was simple:

Default x-cart product options mod must be turned on even if you do not use it.

Once we did that, it works like a charm. Maybe your product options is not turned on?

I've had them for years, too, however until about a week ago their product offering did not include the most recent Xcart version and for others on this board it appears they were not answering their support questions over the last year or so.

I was happy with them until the question of whether or not they were supporting their products......

I see they now have 4.6 listed on their site, so we'll see.
