X-Cart forums - XML Sitemap Mod Side Issues

We've run into a very strange situation and could really use some advice on how to possibly fix the situation.

We bought the XML Sitemap mod from Magnetic One for one of our sites and we're so pleased, we decided to buy it for our other X-cart site as well.

The install on this one did not go as well. Initially it seemed to be an issue related to having an old database from a test setup still sitting on our server, so we removed the mod, then deleted the old database, before re-installing.

Long and short we've been up and down that road and it didn't work so we asked the Magnetic One folks for assistance. They've been responding and went into our site and did a removal themselves.

Problem is that now when I go into General Settings area of my Admin panel, about half the options don't actually load up. Example:

Google Checkout link. When I click on it, instead of loading up the Google Checkout settings information below, I get the header for the section, but no options.

The front side is working fine it seems, the back end seems to be working, we can take orders and such, but I can't access these areas.

I just tried doing a restoration from a backup, which fixed some of the links, but more then half of them are still not loading up.

Any thoughts? We hadn't changed any other settings except for the Magnetic One sitemap mod. They seem to be at a loss to explain it as well, so I bring it here (not to slam them in anyway) because I really need to get this fixed and don't have a clue where to begin now.
