Contact for Firetank?
 

Trying to get someone from Firetank to get back to me - been waiting for a response from them regarding a ticket I opened back on March 22nd, haven't gotten any responses to repeated emails and ticket update requests. Anyone have a phone number for them?

Has anyone heard from Firetank recently?

I sent them a pre-sales query a few days ago and unfortunately have not heard back from them. Previously they have been extremely prompt in their replies.

i am kindly of frustrating too, they never respond, not responsive, i bought couple mods from them before, but won't do business again.

Yeah, not sure if they're even still in business at this point - two months later and I still haven't heard from them. The last real correspondence I had with them was on March 22nd, when they said they'd look into the issue I was having "next week".

Put a ticket in last week, still no response.
Any one else know if they are still in business or whether I can ever expect a response to my ticket?
Their shopping export mod does not work with xcart 4.6.0
Pretty frustrating when you give them business, then start relying on their mods to work, but get no support when you need them. This is one of the reasons I am so hesitant to even purchase from 3-rd party developers to begin with.

Anyone else having problems getting a response from them besides the four of us that have posted here?

ya, their latest version does not work with 4.6, they should replay at least we know them still here for biz.

I tried to contact them back in April via Firetank Support system and didn't get a response :-(

If they have stopped responding to customers, then maybe its time to take them off the preferred 3rd party mods/add-ons list so that other people do not get in this predicament. The list is supposed to be so that we can feel assured that thee vendors listed are companies we can rely on to purchase from.

When you add firetank mods to cart, it asks you to select the X-Cart version and does not list 4.6 as an option indicating it is not 4.6 compatible.

It is a 3-d party add-ons marketplace. So, X-Cart just provides the place for listing - and we are expecting customers' feedback. Why don't you set your rating for add-ons with a short description? I think it is good to share experience with other people.
