Synchronization With MailChimp: As customers opt to X-Cart newsletter subscription preferences at the time of registration/profile management/checkout, their e-mail address will be automatically subscribed or unsubscribed from your mailing list at MailChimp.

E-Commerce 360: X-Cart MailChimp Ecommerce 360 module passes “Ecommerce 360” tracking data (orders generated by the campaigns you send) to Mailchimp, providing you with information about the conversions and revenue that your email marketing campaigns are generating. Please note that not all order data will be passed

Module & Settings: You can enable/Disable the module & settings from X-Cart store administration control panel. Supports a variety of options including "double opt-in", List mapping.

Compatible Versions: 4.1.x, 4.2.x & 4.3.x, 4.4.x, 4.5.x (others, contact sales team)

Made couple of changes in the code & the module is compatible with "AlteredCart's one page checkout" module too!

In the meantime, if we use the current x-cart subscribe newsletter function, how will your mod/add-on help us move these members into mailchimp?

If you use current x-cart subscribe newsletter & our module is enabled, the member email account will be passed to mailchimp list automatically. Similarly during registration, if the opt in for newsletter subscription, the details will be passed to mailchimp list. If you bother about the existing subscribers those who are before installation of this module, then, you have to import them manually one time.
