Support for Feed Manager
 

Hello, I purchased Feed Manager V2 this past friday and installed the software as per the instructions. X-Cart admin has the Feed Manager link, but i'm having issues with step 3. Here are the instructions:
1. Install the Feed Manager software (done)
2. Click on the Feed Manager link in your admin and choose your feed (done)
3. Click Download, enter a file name
there is no Download; button to click on..
the only buttons present are: Main Menu, Adjust Mapping, Save Settings, Auto URLS, Help. Without that Download button i can't proceed with step 4. 4. Download the file, open in a text editor or spreadsheet program and verify that the feed is correct.

I emailed Firetank twice but have not heard back from them. I know this forum may not be the best place to post this request but i need this issue resolved pronto. Any input from fellow forum members of Firetank support team is appreciated.

After waiting a week i finally got a email from Firetank suggesting that some files may be missing and to sign in to account, download software and re-install. Well that yielded the same result.
I sent them another email 5 days ago and are yet to hear from them. The lack of timely support from this company is frustrating. Will give them another week to get this fixed or issue a refund.
