NEED HELP! One Page Checkout
 

Please contact administrator and report the error(s).

Is the error I am receiving whenever trying to process an order for a new customer. The checkout seems to work fine with an existing account but is failing on any new transactions.


Anyone know what is going on? This has put my business at a complete stand-still.

Also getting


No matter what settings I use or options I have.

It just keeps loading that error.

Even when I remove One Page checkout and go back to Fast Lane I get the following:

Seemed to have fixed all the problems other then the one in the 1st post.

It's only failing if the customer does not sign up for an account. If I disable anonymous checkout it runs fine.

Yes I opened a ticket with altered cart.... still have not found the reason for the error. My auth.php file looks fine. Just waiting on another reply.

There was an error filling in the form, please check the following:

I Solved this problem on my site http://www.zeescripts.com.

The Problem was, i had missed one installation step of editing payment/auth.php file.

Now everything works fine !

can someone help me on how to get my gateway set up please. Do i just put the mercant id in and the transaction key and thats it or is there something else. I am trying to integrate securepay gateway into xcart 4.4.4. secure pay is not receiving anything on there end from my site when i run a transaction through it.
